After careful consideration and due to the changing and increasingly difficult market conditions in Europe, we have taken the decision to close our site in the United Kingdom, which has been in operation since 1987, on 31 December 2024. This measure is part of our strategic realignment, which aims to consolidate our European activities and concentrate them in the future at our company headquarters in Germany.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our British employees. Through their hard work and commitment, our British colleagues have contributed to the success of our company over the past 37 years. We are proud of what we have achieved together and are grateful for the many years of cooperation and trust.
